COMMON QUESTIONS
Answers you may
be looking for.
How do I get started with AntCloud?
Submit a business registration request. Once approved, follow the onboarding process to set up the Owner account. Your administrator can then assign member accounts, roles, and data access. Start with permissions, store authorization, ERP connections, and product and warehouse mappings.
Can I connect every marketplace?
Availability depends on the marketplaces and capabilities enabled in your environment. Store authorization, listing sync, and order sync may have different coverage. List your marketplaces, sites, and requirements before onboarding, then confirm the relevant support.
Will a dry run change my marketplace stock?
No. A dry run uses received ERP inventory and listing snapshots to calculate targets and blockers. A result or an enabled rule does not mean marketplace stock has changed. Confirm the publish mode, platform support, and final execution receipts.
Why can some members not see a feature or record?
Access depends on tenant capabilities, role permissions, and data scope. Check the tenant and account first, then ask your administrator to review permissions against the member’s responsibilities.
