Who is AntCloud designed for?
AntCloud is designed for teams managing multiple cross-border platforms or stores who want a shared view of product data, listings, inventory rules and order invoices. Teams using Eccang can also connect their existing product and stock data through a read-only integration.
How do I request access for my business?
Open the business registration page and provide your company and administrator details. Your request goes through review before the business owner account is activated. You can then sign in with your tenant code, email and password. The existing ERP registration interface is in Chinese.
Which platforms and ERP systems can I connect?
Connection capabilities include eBay, OTTO, Kaufland, Hood and the Mirakl platform family, plus read-only Eccang integration. Adapters for Amazon and Walmart still require store authorization and business validation. Available operations vary by platform and the capabilities enabled for your business.
Will a stock calculation change my marketplace inventory?
A calculation previews quantities, mappings and any blocking issues without changing marketplace stock. Publishing is controlled by platform and store configuration. Live publishing has been validated for a controlled eBay store; a calculated result for another platform does not mean its stock has been updated.
