A CLEAR PRODUCT FOUNDATION

Three layers. One catalog.

01

SPU: organize a product family

Keep names, categories, brands, images, and descriptions in one product record. Give your team a consistent starting point for every handoff.

02

SKU: identify every variation

Represent color, size, and capacity as individual SKUs. Use explicit product codes to connect store listings and ERP sources before configuring inventory rules.

03

BOM: define what a bundle contains

Record each component SKU and the quantity a bundle requires. Inventory trials can then calculate bundle capacity from explicit, reviewable component relationships.

  1. 01

    Organize the catalog

Set up categories, units, and SPU / SKU records. Preview bulk imports and resolve errors before executing.

  2. 02

    Connect platforms and stores

Choose the platform and site, then configure store authorization through the supported platform flow.

  3. 03

    Synchronize active listings

Review listings and variations, with batches, progress, and exceptions that retain their platform context.

  4. 04

    Review sources and mappings

Link internal SKUs, channel SKUs, and Eccang source products. Keep unmatched items visible for review.

Clear data. Clear boundaries.

Listing details, quantities, and states come from platform synchronization. AntCloud brings them into one view. Catalog management does not imply automatic cross-platform publishing, repricing, or delisting; availability depends on store authorization and verified capabilities.

GOOD TO KNOW

About catalogs & channels.

How do SPUs and SKUs differ?

An SPU groups shared product information; a SKU identifies a specific variation. One tumbler design can have separate chalk and navy SKUs. A single product also has its own SKU.

Does adding a product publish it to every platform?

No. Catalog management, listing synchronization, and platform publishing are separate capabilities. This page covers product records, store connections, and data mappings. Platform actions depend on the capabilities enabled and verified for your store.

Can I connect existing Eccang products?

The read-only Eccang integration can retrieve authorized products, categories, warehouses, and inventory and link them to business records. Updates follow explicit source mappings; conflicts and unmatched items require review.

Will this demo change my products or stores?

No. The demo uses sample products stored in this page. Searching, filtering, and inspecting details run in your browser without reading accounts, connecting stores, or saving business data.
