Install and connect
Install and open antcloud in Shopify and choose Connect AntCloud ERP. Sign in to your business ERP account, select a Shopify store you can manage, and confirm the binding. The app then shows the ERP store identifier. ERP accounts follow the existing business onboarding process.
Listing synchronization
Configure and enable a listing synchronization task in ERP store management, run a manual synchronization, and view products and variants in Listings. This is a read-only pull from Shopify to ERP. Activation and channel publication are checked separately; drafts, paused, and removed products retain their states. Missing products are reconciled only after a complete snapshot.
Orders, product creation, and inventory writes are not currently available. The backend renews access tokens; if reauthorization is required, reopen the app in Shopify and check the ERP binding. Rate limits and network failures appear in the task rather than reporting partial data as complete success.
Privacy and uninstallation
Privacy requests initiated in Shopify have results available in the app, with downloads for data access results. Uninstalling revokes authorization; ERP disconnection removes the local binding. Details are at /shopify/privacy, or /en/shopify/privacy in English.
Contact support
Email the store domain, time of the issue, steps to reproduce, and synchronization batch identifier or safe error code. Redact customer data in screenshots. Do not send access tokens, refresh tokens, app secrets, passwords, or full order contents.
