01Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the AntCloud corporate website and its product demos handle information. You can browse the website without registering or signing in to an ERP account.

This policy does not replace the data-processing arrangements for registration, the ERP workspace, or other separate services. Orders, customer details, store credentials, and other business records uploaded by a business are governed by the notices, business agreements, and data-processing terms for that service.

02Information we handle

When you visit, your browser requests pages, images, fonts, and scripts from the hosting service. The service may process technical logs such as IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, browser information, and response status to deliver content, diagnose faults, and maintain security. The exact records depend on the hosting configuration.

The current website has no sign-in, payment, or sales-lead submission form and does not integrate marketing analytics or advertising trackers. Its demos do not collect business account credentials, payment details, or store access credentials.

If you contact us by email or an established business contact channel, the contact details and information you provide are used to communicate with you and handle that request. Please provide only information relevant to your request.

03Demos, checklists, and downloads

Product search, filters, and inventory trials run in your browser using built-in samples. They do not connect to real stores or publish stock. Seller, buyer, item, and amount fields in the invoice editor are used for local previews and sample PDFs, without being submitted to a server. Use sample information instead of real customer details or sensitive information.

Business selections, marketplace descriptions, and team size in the onboarding checklist are used only to create text in your browser; they do not submit a business application. These inputs stay in page-session memory. Switching language on the same page can preserve them; refreshing or closing the page clears them. They are not written to browser local storage.

Copying a checklist or generating a TXT, CSV, JSON, or PDF file happens only when you choose that action. The first PDF generation loads the necessary components and font from this website; those requests do not contain invoice inputs. You control copied and downloaded content. Refreshing the page does not remove saved files or clipboard content.

04Cookies and language

The current website application does not set advertising, analytics, or language-preference cookies. Chinese uses the default URLs and English uses /en paths; the URL determines the language. Your browser may cache static resources for faster loading. You can manage or clear that cache in your browser settings.

Registration, workspace, and help-center links lead to separate services, which may have their own cookie and data practices. Review their notices. The website does not automatically pass checklist or demo inputs through those links.

05Recipients and international processing

We do not sell personal information through the current website or use demo inputs for advertising profiles. Hosting and operational services may access technical information needed to provide their services. Any response to a lawful authority request should be verified and limited to the required scope.

Local website demos do not send the business information you enter to overseas services. The location of network-request and technical-log processing depends on the hosting service; the phrase “cross-border commerce” does not identify where data is stored. Any new international processing of personal information should be explained before it starts, including the recipient, purpose, applicable safeguards, and legal requirements.

06Retention and security

Demo and checklist inputs in browser-session memory are cleared when the page is refreshed or closed. Hosting-log retention depends on deployment settings and applicable requirements. Correspondence should be retained only as needed to handle the request or meet legal requirements. The current demos do not create server-side copies of business inputs.

We follow principles of minimizing collection, limiting access, and applying appropriate technical protection. Network transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. Manage your devices, clipboard, and downloads carefully, and do not enter passwords, authorization tokens, payment information, or other sensitive details into demos.

07Your choices and rights

You can stop using demos, reset inputs, refresh the page, clear browser caches, and delete downloaded files at any time. For personal information we actually hold, applicable law may allow you to request information, access, correction, a copy, deletion, restrictions on processing, or withdrawal of consent. Available rights and conditions depend on the processing and applicable law.

Use the contact channel on this page to describe a rights request. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the records, requesting only necessary information, and will handle and respond in accordance with applicable law. We cannot retrieve local demo inputs that the website never received. Direct requests about information controlled by a third-party platform or your business to the responsible party. You may also complain to a competent authority where the law provides for this.

08Children’s information

This website is intended for businesses and their staff, not children, and does not ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted to us, use the contact channel so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

09Policy updates

Updates will be published on this page with an updated date. Before introducing collection, analytics, or new processing purposes, the relevant notices should be updated, with separate notice or consent where required by law. Reading this page does not itself indicate consent to new optional processing.
